Volley Modena with 11th Coppa Italia

Tonight in Bologna we found out who is the new winner of Coppa Italia. For the 11th time it the history the title went to Volley Modena. The final game against Energy Diatec Trentino was full of tension and sparks not only generated by some great volleyball but also between referees and the teams. In the history of Coppa Italia both teams met only twice and both times Trento defeated their opponent from Modena. History of the team from Trento in the competition started in 2001. This weekend in Italy there are no Super Lega games. Instead, four teams are fighting in Bologna for the Italian Cup. Quarterfinals of the competition took place only three days ago and to Bologna arrived top four italian teams.
