In all five matches of 3rd round victory was achieved by hosts.  Even PGE Skra Belchatow didn’t take away any points from Rzeszow. In rank ZAKSA Kedzierzyn-Kozle still is the best, they’ve lost only one set in three matches, so they’ve got full number of points.

The biggest sensation was duel between Resovia Rzeszow and PGE Skra Belchatow. Team which three days before lost in tie-break played against ‘Engineers’ from capital city beat Polish champion’s squad 3:1(25:21, 25:19, 17:25, 25:19). This match was great show of Gyorgy Grozer’s skills however libero Krzysztof Ignaczak got the MVP prize. He received balls with 82% efficiency and defended like crazy.

Also match between unbeaten ZAKSA Kedzierzyn-Kozle and AZS Politechnika Warszawska ended in three sets. Kedzierzyn didn’t let players from capital city to take away any points.

All other matches ended with result 3:0 but duel between AZS UWM Olsztyn and Delecta Bydgoszcz was very exciting because results of sets were decided at their ends.

In next, 4th round of PlusLiga  we’ll see real clash of the titans. Will Skra be able to stop unbeaten team from Kedzierzyn? Will Resovia keep their great disposition and beat last season’ runners-up – Jastrzebski Wegiel? We’ll see on 3rd of November.
