Regular season in Polish volleyball league is at the end. Champion from the last years Pge Skra Bełchatów has again the best position for the play-offs.
Regular season in Poland is very short, with only 18 rounds. In Italy or France team has to play 26 games before play-off. Champion of Poland will be known 16th April at the latest. Volleyball league will quit earlier then other years due to national team preparation. National team of Poland will have tough schedule this season. Poland has to prepare for the 3rd round of Olympic Qualification, participate in the World League and hopefully to play Olympic Games.
First eight teams are qualified for the play-offs. Quarterfinals will start on 29th February. Belchatów will meet Sosnowiec, Czestochowa-Radom, Jastrzębski- Kędzierzyn and Olsztyn´s opponent is Rzeszów. J.W. Construction Azs Politechnika Warszawska together with Delecta Bydgoszcz will fight for rest in league.
