Polish champion beat Jastrzebski Wegiel in the great match of this round. Rzeszow and Kedzierzyn did not give any chance to the opponents and claimed 3:0 victories.

AZS Olsztyn – Delecta Bydgoszcz 0:3 (21:25, 18:25, 22:25) MVP: Grzegorz Szymanski
These are really dark days for Mariusz Sordyl’s team. They didn’t win any set during their three matches and it doesn’t look good. Nothing seems to go better. Olsztyn has only a few weeks to get some point and hopefully wait for chance to qualify to the play-off zone. Delecta Bydgoszcz, even without Piotr Gruszka, was able to control this meeting all the way. Ironically, MVP of this mach was Szymanski – in previous season, he was a player of AZS Olsztyn.

Resovia Rzeszow – Siatkarz Wielun 3:0 (28:26, 25:7, 25:16) MVP: Rafael Redwiz

Not much to say about this match. Exept the first set, when fight was really hard, the rest of the game was completely dominated by Rzeszow. Result like 14:0 and finally 25:7 in the second part speaks for itself. Siatkarz Wielun suffered a big defeat and it was impossible for them to pick back up.

Jastrzebski Wegiel – Skra Belchatow 1:3 (35:33, 19:25, 21:25, 23:25) MVP: Miguel Angel Falasca
It was a hit of the round. Jastrzebski Wegiel, which is known for nice game against Skra, was a really difficult rival for polish champions. In the first set, hosts had about 4 set balls, but Skra got this 24 points, and this part took much longer that we had expected. Show was really great, both sides did everything to win, althought they didn’t miss some mistakes, especally in the end of sets. After that, three more parts were similar – even if Skra lost much points, they could built safe distance over 20 point and finally, match finished 3:1.

Zaksa Kedzierzyn Kozle – Jadar Radom 3:0 (25:16, 25:17, 25:20) MVP: Michal Ruciak

The history of this match was similar to fight of Resovia and Wielun. The favourite was one and they didn’t dissapoint their fans. Jadar wasn’t able to be dangerous competitor to Zaksa. One star of Radom, Robert Prygiel is not goig to win everything for his team, so this meeting was quite short. Today, Zaksa is going to play with Skra Belchatow and everybody are looking forward to this great show.

AZS Warszawa – AZS Czestochowa 2:3 (25:22, 25:20, 23:25, 22:25, 13:15) MVP: Bartosz Janeczek
This exciting match had also tradicional meaning. Two teams of AZS – it must be an interesting match. In the first and second part, Warszawa had great serve and more cold blood than Czestochowa and they got the first point in this season. It looked like it isn’t gonna take much longer, but guests didn’t give up and after two sets of their really good game, we had a wonderful tie break, where young players with one great star in each team (Dawid Murek in Czestochowa, Radek Rybak with Warszawa). Finally, AZS Czestochowa became a winner and it is quite suprising fact that this team won all of three matches they had.

Schedule of Plusliga was changed because of Clubs World Championships. Skra Belchatow is taking part of this event. Polish fans don’t have to wait a long week to more volleyball emotions.
