Iraklis Thessaloniki’s return on top after 18th round games. Great surprises in Greek championship. PAOK on Monday and EAPatron on Saturday scored two impressive victories against Panathinaikos and Olympiakos.
PAOK in Thessaloniki faced and won 3-0 (25-20, 25-17, 25-20) over the hypnotized Panathinaikos players. Bojic had great performance scoring 15 points. EAPatron in Athens managed to celebrate one of the greatest successes of the club by winning 3-0 (27-29, 24-26, 24-26) over Olympiakos.
For EAPatron Ferreira da Silva scoring 17 and Soultanopoulos scoring 10 points were the stars of the team. Kalmazidis stated that he was sure that his team (Olympiakos) was tired from the game against Panathinaikos for semi finals of the Greek Cup and Christopoulos on the other hand stated that his team was amazing and ready for a great victory.
