After two years in China, Katarzyna Skowrońska-Dolata decided to change the club and from the start of the new season she will be a player of Rabita Baku.
Since 2011, the Polish attacker played in the Chinese league, on the Evergrande team. ‘Triumph in the Champions League works for me like a magnet. I always miss this club’s success, therefore, the Baku offer was very important to me,’ admits Katarzyna Skowrońska-Dolata.
I signed a one year contract with Rabita Baku and I hope my dreams about the triumph in one of the most important cups in Europe come true. The fact that I wanted to get back to Europe was also important in making the choice. I am very happy with this decision, adds the player, who has won two gold medals with the Polish team in the European Championships. In her club career, she has won medals in Italy, Turkey, and China. She also was the club champion of the world, she is still yet to win gold in the Champions League.
