The colleagues from the  Training and Research committee have done a good job and I would like to thank them. The policy of the Federation is improve the level of volleyball.  By organizing the course we are trying to gain new aspects of science and new experiences. Federation solely could not do anything if you, the coaches, do not train players. We couldn’t   use the potential of the players without your training and education.”

We would review difficult situations that you have faced in your work and we would try to find a better solution for those. Asking, thinking and expressing views are very important for a coach.”

8 ladies and 24 men are present in the seminar.

During five days they will review all aspects of volleyball coaching ,  then with a fresh mind and a new visions towards all coaching aspects they would go back to their careers to continue on coaching.
