Olympiacos and AEK remain unbeatable in the 3rd match day of the Greek women’s Championship.

Olympiacos won the so called derby against Panathinaikos by 3-0 and AEK won the game against Vrilisia with the same score.

The times are much different now. Panathinaikos is now a very young team and its goal is not to win the championship but to remain at a1 league.

The game was not characterized by its quality. Olympiacos seemed out of tune and Panathinaikos’  young girls came very close to win the second set (26-24).  It is the 3rd win of the team of Piraeus and it places it on the top of the league along with AEK.

The sets : 25-20, 26-24, 25-14.

AEK that won the Supercup this season played against Vrilisia. AEK was by all means a better team and Vrilisia couldn’t do much against a superior opponent. For AEK this game was mostly a good warm up for the game against Ses Calais that will take place this Wednesday in France for the CEV Cup.

The sets: 25-15, 25-11, 25-10.

The rest of the games:

Trahones – Markopoulo Revoil 1-3

Anatolia – Iraklis GS 1-3

Makedones – DAS Oreokastro 3-1

Rethimno – GSK Iraklis 0-3
