15 min volleyball workout consists of three series of eight exercises which are carried out for a period of 45 seconds. You will make about 300 ball touches.
Improve your forearm pass, overhand pass and strengthen your body in an intensive volleyball workout. All you need is a ball and wall and about 15 minutes of your time. Don’t forget to stretch and warm up your body before workout.
