I myself always thought that if I train longer, if I add hours in a gym, I would get better than others. For example, in Russia we used to train for 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, we were jumping all the time, it was literally a training slaughterhouse. Did it mean that I was better than others? Only partially.
